Bikram Yoga 90
BEST FOR BEGINNERS! Traditional yoga class of 26 postures and two breathing exercises working through every system of your body. This class is taught in a heated room to warm your muscles and stretch safely, increase circulation and cleanse toxins from the body. A r egular practice results in the healing of injuries, weight loss, increased strength, flexibility, and peace of mind.
Bikram Yoga Hour
The 60 Minute Class has the same poses (26 & 2) as in the traditional 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga class, but is designed to fit into 60 minutes. You will practice the same series, in the same order with some poses done only once. Great when you are short on time or want to add a second workout to your day.
A practice which targets the connective tissue through long holding postures while keeping muscles relaxed. This works deeply into the joints of the hips, lower back and sacrum stimulating meridian channels similar to acupuncture and creating blood flow to the joints to increase range of motion. Soothing music and candles are used to enhance relaxation. Class sequences will vary. Non-Heated room.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. Posture sequences are taught at a slow pace and then repeated at a somewhat faster pace to strengthen the body and create more flexibility. Each class builds up to a challenging new posture so get ready to try something new! Practiced in a heated room to allow muscles to stretch safely.
This class combines Hatha Bikram style poses with a Vinyasa flow. This is a great way to introduce yourself to both styles. Incorporating Hot Fusion into your regular practice will improve your balance and breathe. A great way to relax and stretch!
