Hot Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. Posture sequences are taught at a slow pace and then repeated at a somewhat faster pace to strengthen the body and create more flexibility. Each class builds up to a challenging new posture so get ready to try something new! Practiced in a heated room to allow muscles to stretch safely.

Our classes provide the best options for all levels.

If you have an acute condition, limitation, or pain, please consult your teacher before class for special instructions.
